Yesterday evening Sally Firino and I hosted a Private view of our current exhibition in The Main Gallery upstairs in Salisbury's Fisherton Mill gallery and Cafe.
We had a super evening which was extremely well attended.
Sally and I work in different media and have different styles but the contrasts work very well together, with visitors enjoying both sets of work. I loved the conversations and finding out which particular favourites people had.
Sally and I are both teachers and it was a particular joy to have a few ex-students there finding inspiration. We were also surrounded by family and friends wishing us well.
Today was the first public day of the exhibition and we are delighted to discover that work is already being purchased and enjoyed by Fisherton Mill shoppers.
I have included a few pictures of the evening.
The exhibition runs until the end of May - do come along and have a look.
